1. Introduction 

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our coaching and mentoring services. 

1.2 By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions 

2.1 "Company" refers to Future Pharmacists Ltd, the provider of coaching and mentoring services. 

2.2 "Client" refers to the individual or entity engaging the services of the Company. 

2.3 "Services" refers to the coaching and mentoring services provided by the Company.

3. Services 

3.1 The Company agrees to provide coaching and mentoring services to the Client as per the agreed-upon schedule and format. 

3.2 Services may include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, and other related activities.

4. Fees and Payment 

4.1 The Client agrees to pay the fees for the Services as outlined in the service agreement or invoice. 

4.2 Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

4.3 All fees are non-refundable except as specified in the cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling 

5.1 The Client must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. 

5.2 If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the session fee. 

5.3 The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice to the Client.

6. Confidentiality 

6.1 The Company agrees to keep all information shared by the Client confidential, except as required by law. 

6.2 The Client agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of the Services to third parties without the Company’s written consent.

7. Intellectual Property 

7.1 All materials provided by the Company during the course of the Services are the intellectual property of the Company. 

7.2 The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without the Company’s written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1 The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services. 

8.2 The Company’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client.

9. Termination 

9.1 Either party may terminate the agreement for Services with 30 days written notice. 

9.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any of these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law 

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Miscellaneous 

11.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. 

11.2 No modification of these terms and conditions will be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties. 

11.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
