Poureya is the founder of Future Pharmacists and has been a practicing pharmacist since 2011. Currently working as Deputy Chief Pharmacist at London Northwest University Healthcare Trust, he has a long history of supporting pharmacy professionals to develop their careers. 

He completed his Masters degree in Psychology (focusing on leadership, adult education & stress at work).

He also has a strong interest in personal finance & has supported many individuals with practical life advice (including some pension guidance, helping staff set up investment ISAs, mortgages and house buying-  he once saved a colleague £30k on a house purchase).

At work, he is regularly sought out for advice on career progression, interview advice, personal development and much more.

Work is meaningful & gives you purpose.

The "elders" should guide the next generation to discover this, but for the most part this is not happening. Many pharmacists start their careers brimming with vigour & this is slowly drained. Once many reach the end of the basic career development pathway, they are lost & need some help with their direction, for both work & (sometimes) life.

After welcoming his son to the world, he committed to supporting others find their own path as his life's mission & formed Future Pharmacists with his close colleagues and friends.

Poureya has very little availability. His preference is to provide  free sessions to the underprivileged who require additional guidance, but if you would like to book a session with him, you can book online or use the contact page to get in touch.
