the largest barrier is time and practicing professional pharmacists are under extreme pressure in the UK.

in a perfect world, we would all have a professional mentor integrated in our undergraduate training and in the workplace - but unfortunately this is not commonly available. That is where Future Pharmacists comes in.

By providing access to practicing professional  pharmacists, we put you in touch with someone who is currently “walking the walk” to help guide your path forward and fast track your success.

Career coaching can help you clarify your career goals, identify your strengths and weaknesses, develop a plan for achieving your goals, improve your job search skills, and gain confidence in your ability to succeed.

This depends on what you are looking for. Our professional pharmacist mentors each have their own specialties and pricing will depend on a few factors: 

- Amount of time

- Specialist area of mentoring

- Experience of mentor

You will, hopefully, have access to support at work. However paid mentoring allows you to:

1. Access experienced professionals that may not exist in your workplace.

2. Get unbiased advice (e.g. your employer is unlikely to advise you find another job).

3. Gain external perspective. Support at work is likely to be bound by the limitations of your workplace.

4. Take control. You can direct the conversation without limits or concerns over residual impact on your existing job.

Our mentors have spent decades earning their experience, the value of this is undeniable.

Yes, we offer online coaching via video conferencing, phone, or email - your preference.

(though we naturally suggest phone or video call).
